(1 white & red, 1 red, 1 red brindle dogs + 1 white & red brindle, 2 red, 1 red brindle bitches)
The dogs: "Zeppelin", "Charli", "Vares" and the bitches: "Ischma", "Elli", "Grace", "Bianca" at 6 weeks old

Contrary to "Ofelia's" last whelping, which was very easy, we had to do a c-section this time. Due to the very large number of pups and an extreme amount of fluid in her uterus, she didn't get any contractions. We hadn't dreamed of 14 pups, by the use of a.i. with frozen semen, but unfortunately 7 of the pups were stillborn. The rest are very well for now, and "Ofelia" is exactly the same considerate mother, she was with her last litter.

The pups are named after "sunny" songs in the honour of daddy "Andy".
and because they were born on a sunny spring day. . .

"Ofelia" & "Andy"
"Andy" was bred by Sue Le Mieux in the USA, but as a young dog he spent two years in Europe, first with the Knaubers, at kennel Happy Hunter's in Germany
and later in Norway with Espen Engh and Åge Gjetnes, at kennel Jet's, before returning back to kennel Gaia in the USA.
He has - up to date - sired 7 litters. Two at kennel Happy Hunter's in Germany,
one in Norway at kennel Jet's, two in Italy at kennel dell'Attimo Fuggente, one in Sweden at kennel Care-A-Lot's
and one in the USA at kennel Hyperions. He has sired more than 15 champions.
Our four year old red brindle girl, "Ofelia", has one previous litter, the young Eagles-litter, sired by BIS Int Am Fin Est Swed Ch FinW-02-04 NordW-03 BaltW-06 Windrock Fernando. Her offspring will be two years old in August 2007. Several of the pups have done very well in the show ring as juniors and are waiting to turn 2 years old so they (hopefully) can win their last, qualifying CC for their championship titles in several countries.
